I started Tried and True Home Inspections because I believe every home buyer deserves a knowledgeable friend in their corner — someone who will tell them the truth about a home, explain what they're seeing in plain language, and help them make a confident decision.
As an InterNACHI Certified Inspector and TREC Licensed Professional Inspector (#26929-PI), I bring a thorough, systematic approach to every inspection. I've seen the issues that get missed when inspectors rush — and I don't rush. I inspect every home like it's one I'd buy myself.
I serve buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout Greater Houston and surrounding areas — including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, and beyond. Whether you're buying your first home or your fifth, I'll give you the full picture.
